职位描述
?Productivity and Performance Improvement Projects: Ensure quality, on-time deliveries, cost and cycle time reductions through supplier negotiations and inventory and logistics improvements supporting the site. Manage schedule risk associated with supplier deliveries to meet client expectations. Ensure site input and alignment with global category strategies. Drive improved responsiveness to organizational needs through cycle time reduction programs, utilizing global best practices and coordinating with functional infrastructure team. Implement processes and programs to drive continuous improvement within the site and local KPIs. Identify risks to productivity and continuous improvement plans and implement actions to mitigate. Manage headcount and budget to meet or beat functional cost budget. Ensure resources and detailed plans are in place to deliver on goals. Responsibility for service contract management within their site, including oversight on real estate transactions. Communicate timely with stakeholders on strategy deployment and results. Role leads and or supports local and regional strategic sourcing projects to develop the required supply base to support of New Equipment opportunities, Service Center operations, and field projects. Drives supplier delivery performance and relationships by partnering with the appropriate internal functional teams (operations, engineering, quality, PI); must be able to develop relationships and interface with senior level supplier representatives; develop the SRM process whereby teams of D-R associates from various disciplines partner with associates at key suppliers; including establishment of standard metrics. Ensure appropriate analysis of supplier proposals is completed; may include market analysis, should cost analysis, TCO analysis, make vs. buy analysis, supplier profit analysis, etc. Lead key projects or initiatives that achieve deliverable and schedule commitments。
?Talent Management: Ensure the right employees are in the right roles within the Services/Operations SCM team. Ensure appropriate goals, training and development plans are in place for all personnel to deliver results. Attract and retain top talent. Coach and mentor team members for personal and professional development. Support and implement role specific training program for all services/operational supply chain roles. Accountable for overall performance and quality of the services supply base including proactively mitigating risks to the organization;
?Controls and Best Practices: Ensure processes and procedures are in place and that all team members receive ethics and compliance training, as well as training on D-R policies and standard work procedures.
KNOWLEDGE:
?Experience utilizing financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions;
?Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, engage and retain talented individuals; creates work environment where people can realize their full potential, thus allowing the organization to meet current and future business challenges.
?Utilizes appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to gain acceptance of ideas or plans; modifies own behavior to accommodate tasks, situations, and individuals involved; proven experience negotiating with suppliers.
?Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills; clearly and succinctly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups; communicates in a focused and compelling way that captures and holds others’ attention.

?Demonstrated track record of performance in a leadership role for global mid-size to large multinational company.
?Excellent change management skills and demonstrated ability to lead change.
?Mature understanding of all aspects of supply chain value stream.
?Collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
?Excellent leadership skills shown in the ability to work effectively across all functions and levels of an organization.
?Preferred:
oCPIM, CPM, CPSM or similar accreditation
oSix Sigma Green Belt/Lean Expert/Master
FORMAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
?Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
?MBA preferred
MIN YEARS of EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:
?A minimum of 10+ years progressive multi-disciplinary work experience in commodity or procurement management or comparable business function is required. 5+ years supervisory or management experience.
