Job Description - Senior Accountant

-Check all accounting entries done by team members and post in the accounting system
-Check and review the Company's accounting work (Beijing Branch), and ensure overall output of whole team is on time, complete and accurate
-Responsible for month-end closing and reconcile F/S relevant accounts on a monthly basis, and further follow up to any un-reconciled amounts/material differences in accounts
-Run the monthly balance sheet, P&L statement
-Review bank reconciliation sheet monthly
-Prepare tax reports and prepare statistic report that have to be filed with local authorities
-Support in all respect the internal and external audit, and quarterly/annual tax filing, other statutory returns, perform statutory joint-annual inspection
-Support on AR management and compile AR aging reports
-Perform tax declaration and handle VAT matters
-Do office inventory with support of junior accountants
-Kingdee software data maintenance
-Assist Finance Manager in compiling management reports
-Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager

The Successful Applicant
-Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
-Passed relevant professional exam or holds a certificate of accounting - coupled with relevant industry experience
-Above 8 years relevant experience in a MNC
-Has experience working with KingDee software
-Must be skillful in using excel functions
-Understand invoicing process and accounts receivable/payable
-Has experience dealing with large global and local companies, including building relationships with their "accounts payable" department
-Must be fluent in Mandarin - competency in English is strongly preferred
