Skills:

? Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain management or simliar.
? Minimum of 3 years working experience in Logistics.
? Open and communicative character, able to work independantly and organized
? Ability to communicate efficiently and coordinate well with other departments
? Good English language skills both spoken and written
? Familiar with Micosoft office and common ERP software
? Equipped with a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and innovative ability

Mission / Role

As a Logistics & Office Administation Coordinator, your main duty is to coordinate logistics topics with our logistics partner and to follow up the whole shipment process from supplier to our dealers. The second duty of this position is to provide administrative support in regards to daily business affairs.

Key Job Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

Logistics :
1. Submit the order to head office and follow up the shipment process.
2. To be the coordinator between the logistic service provider and the head office.
3. To prepare the declaration documents for the shipment.
4. Detail for care label and hangtag
5. Prepare the information for the fabric testing.
6. Tracking the shipment from 3PL warehouse to the dealers.
7. As a keeper for the samples and warehouse located in Beijing office.

ERP System:
1. Key in product / dealer’s data to ERP system.
2. Enter Sales Orders into ERP
3. Release Sales Orders
4. Create ERP AVI (pick-ticket) - Coordination with Warehouse (timing, priority)
5. Confirm ERP AVI (pick-ticket) – post delivery note and invoice
6. Book inventory discrepancies in ERP
7. Return handling (Create Return orders in ERP and book credit note)
8. Stock control (identify slow movers, old items / create stock lists)
9. Handling quality claims and repairs

Administrative Tasks:
1. To purchase the office supplies.
2. Follow up the payment and tracking the invoice.
3. All the social insurance affairs about employees.
4. Office facilities management.
5. Company attendance including staff attendance records; recorded in working hours and overtime hours; assessment calculated false deduction of wages and overtime pay, etc.;

6. Post the recruitment news on the website and set up the appointment with applicants.
7. Supervision and implementation regulations; the punishment execution.
8. Traveling arrangement.
