职位描述
工作职责：
1.工厂所有设备管理及备件定义和账目管理。
2.制定生产现场进行维护保养的工作。
3.协同生产现场解决设备机械和电气故障，确保设备正常安全运行。
4.根据生产需要对需新购买设备确定参数、型号以及安装或改造。
5.工厂基础设施的排布和维护保养。如：空压机、气路、电路、油路等。
6.持续改善生产设备的机械和电气控制，降低停机率。
7.领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.熟悉机械结构
2.机电一体化，工业自动化或相关专业，具有机械，电器，液压相关知识。
3.5年以上注塑机、冲床、CNC、自动装配生产设备维修经验。
4.有强、弱电证，中级维修证或以上。
5.有PLC编程经验，能编写简单的程序。
6.有TPM知识及运营经验者优先。
7.有较强的学习，钻研能力。
8.有较强的团队意识，能有效的与同事开展合作。
9.英文良好。
