Person specification

1.Relevant academic background, bachelor's degree or above;

2.At least 5 years relevant working experience;

3.Candidates with relevant qualifications preferred;

4.Good English ability;

5.Candidates with working experience with foreign companies or overseas preferred;

6.Available for visits, postings or transfers nationwide;

7.Consistent high levels of service-orientation, initiative, reliability, flexibility and teamwork spirit;

8.Able to endure work pressure and willing to work overtime if required

Terms and Conditions of Employment

1.Working Hours
Mott MacDonald (Beijing) Limited has a five day 8 hour working week, Monday to Friday inclusive, but overtime may be required from time to time for this position

2. Compensation
Basic salary + Staff Performance pay + Compulsory social security + Supplemental medical
Income tax and individual contribution to social insurance will be deducted at source and paid by MM (Beijing) Ltd to relevant authorities.

3.Leave
Ten or fifteen working days (or pro rata) per calendar year of paid annual leave in addition to public holidays, dependent on your grade
