Job Description:

1. New business development, focusing on high-end medical programme.

2. To provide professional insurance and risk management advice and day-to-day service to designated EB clients including preparation of documentation - proposals / reports, Quotation Slips, Closing Instruction, Cover Notes, Claim reports, Insurance Registers, etc.

3. Penetration and up selling based on the existing portfolio, working closely with Corporate team to explore EB opportunities, focusing on high end medical and international EB programme.

4. To work together with regional business development team for new business opportunities.

5. To handle broking and placing of risks to insurers.

6. To assist in monitoring premium payment / credit control.

7. To ensure the services and recommendations are delivered in a professional way and meet with compliance requirements.

8. To assist in improving quality and efficiency of work, including workflow, system, and business reports within the EB division.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with overseas education background.

2. At least 3 years employee benefit insurance experience preferably in broking firm or high end medical insurance provider.

3. Good communication and presentation skills.

4. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

5. Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
