Your duties and responsibilities:

1. Coordination of project working hours.

2. Analyzing of project costs and checking of cost codes.

3. Establishment of project work reports to Competence Center manager and Germany project manager.

4. Issue VAT and Export invoices to customer.

5. Bookkeeping in A/R Financial system.

6. Monthly accounts reconciliation with customers, aging analysis and trace overdue balances.

7. Support monthly report closing.

Your expertise:

1. At least bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields and Accounting Qualification Certificate Experience is must.

2. 3+ years of accounting experience in foreign invested company. An automotive industrial experience is preferred.

3. Fluency in English (Spoken and written), German skill is a plus.

4. Familiar with financial software UFIDA and prior working experience of SAP is preferred.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure.
