Responsibilities:

The purpose of hiring the APA JV BIT Planning Support position is to support the accelerated IT business growth of APA Joint Ventures. The expectation on this role is to be involved in cross-functional interaction with APA JVs, to support key business/process/agreements being established and improved with JV.
1.High level expectation, strategic thinking required on this role:
A. Support creation of Joint Venture infrastructure policy, security & control management policy, IPR policy and IT billing strategy framework in the context of overall APA by coordinating Global / APA inputs.
B. Support to define and document Ford IT strategy on IT Business Administration for Joint Ventures in APA to support the implementation/usage of Ford IT solutions/services
C. Support execution on Ford IT administration process that Ford IT requires to effectively provide efficient and cost effective IT services to the Joint Ventures.
D. Participate in and support scenario planning, and trend analysis to identify the potential opportunity to enhance APA JVs IT strategy and planning
E. Leverage understanding of IT business needs to evaluate the IT opportunities for APA JV’s and maintain partner relationship with JV IT group.

2.Day-to-day operation/data analysis assignment on this role:
A. Support analysis on Ford IT service quotation, cost recovery solution to improve JV IT billing process.
B. Work with ITO/functional business IT peers to collect inputs on JV IT service usage confirmation, coordinate communication between Ford and JV on new service usage alignment for each year.
C. Cooperate with different functional teams in IT department to collect data for JV IT business plan/cycle plan analysis.
D. Responsible for Joint Venture IT training related when there is global requirement for training cascade, such as course scope planning, review and plan schedule with JV IT contacts etc.
E. Arrange JV Business IT internal meetings, communicate with team members to confirm meeting schedule/agenda, consolidate meeting minutes and material for sharing.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, at least 4-5 years of progressive responsibilities in IT or an IT focused business area.
2.Experience in any of the following is preferred: IT Operational Support, IT Solution Delivery and Business Analysis.
3.Ability to manage the relationships with other teams/functions, Joint Ventures experience is a plus
4.Familiar with globalized team structure, willing to be working in a challenged cross-functional business environment
5.Strong analytical, quantitative, written and interpersonal skills
6.Experience with system development methodologies or project management is a plus
7.Business process understanding on automobile industry is a plus
8.Proactive, willing to deal with a complex/challenged situation
9.Excellent written and verbal communication in English
