Job Description:
? Answer incoming calls and connect them to relevant individuals. Take and pass on messages. Handle mails and couriers. Maintain and update the office telephone directory
? Receive and welcome visitors; keeping proper registers; and referring them to relevant individual(s)
? Handle conference/meeting room reservations
? Handle purchasing of office stationery and supplies. Administer usage of office stationery and supplies.
· Arrange airline ticket and hotel reservations for office staff and visitors. Arrange business cards printing. Negotiate for the best price on airline tickets, hotel rates and office supplies.
? Maintain the reception area in tidy condition
? Assist the HR & Administration Manager on overall HR/Administration tasks.
? Performs secretarial services and /or routine typing, copying for other departments as and when required
Requirement:
? Associate degree in English or business administration. Bachelor is preferable.
· 1 Year relevant experience. Multi-national company work experience is preferable.
· Good communication skills in written and verbal English.
· Good interpersonal skills.
? Proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint
· Potential ability of handling multi-tasks.
· Diligent, discreet and clear minded. Willing to learn.
