Marketing Analyst Manager/市场分析经理(有国际市场研究公司经验优先)

工作职责;

1. 构建健全的市场信息收集体系，为公司决策及业务部门销售工作提供策略支持；
2. 动态监测、收集内外部业务信息，定期提交报告给相关人员；
3. 负责编制市场调研计划，组织市场调研活动；对品牌知名度、满意度、活动及品牌宣传的有效性、服务
   能力等进行调研分析；
4. 与市场部门保持联系、沟通，及时了解市场一线情况，快速支持；
5. 负责市场调研费用的预算及开支控制工作；
6. 分析各区域相关销售数据，提供依据和协助；
7. 负责根据市场调研的需要对调研人员进行培训工作；
8. 负责与外部调研机构建立良好的沟通联系。
   

职业要求：

1. 本科以上学历，接受过EXCLE数据软件分析的培训；
2. 有国际市场研究公司或跨国企业经验优先；
3. 对市场调研的系统、规划及应用有较深刻的认识；
4. 有定量调研及处理大量数据的经验；善于搜集市场情报、分析数据、研究决策；
5. 良好的口头表达能力、沟通能力、协调能力、数据分析能力、逻辑分析能力；
6. 有经营和业务拓展意识，有强烈进取心，愿意承担责任，有不服输的精神；
7. 合作性和亲和力强，有管理和服务意识，擅长于人际关系的协调、沟通、管理；
8. 诚实正直，严谨求实；细致缜密，较好的逻辑思维能力与问题分析能力；
9. 为人严谨踏实、逻辑思维能力强；形象端正，有良好的职业操守；
