高级船务主管/Sr. Shipping Supervisor（有大型外资企业工作经验优先）

Job Responsibilities:

1. Book shipping space for outbound sales timely,make sure cargo depart as schedule;
2. Do the shipping operations via SAP system;
3. Prepare clearance documents & arrange necessary 3rd party inspection before delivery;
4. Assist warehouse arrange loading, coordinate loading date, packing method;
5. Apply related export document customer request and provide shipping details to customer timely and correctly;
6. Reporting related shipment information on outbound database correctly;
7. Deal with customer complain shipping related;
8. Good control outbound cost through proper choice of Carrier and shipping method and analyse cost report monthly;
9. Maintain good relationship with cross function team and customer;
10. Well management on documents of outbound shipment;
11. Evaluate forwarder KPI, build up good relationship with Carrier and local agency.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, at least 3 year related work experience;
2. Familiar with sea freight/ air freight operation, related work experience will be preferred；
3. Good English skill;
4. Familiar with MS office and ERP;
5. Good communication skill and willing to learn.
