工作职责：
1. 运用专业知识、现代技术和检测仪器，不断探索降低包装成本的可行性，制定行动计划并予以实施；
2. 领导研发部包装团队实施产品包装的研究、开发，确保产品在科学的、适当的包装保护下在贮运过程、保质期过程体现产品的设计目的，保证产品的安全性、适用性，从包装上实现或超越产品的商业推广目标；
3. 根据公司的战略，制定公司产品包装的研究、开发计划；
4. 为产品生产提供技术支持服务，解决生产中出现的技术问题，保障产品的供应；
5. 根据客户要求设计开发包装盒及包装箱，符合出货要求；
6. 审核客户提供包装文件的正确、合理性，并给出可实施方案；
7. 及时了解新的包装技术, 包装材料的发展趋势, 并进行研究，力求实现在包装上的实用性与先进性；
8. 上级领导交待的其他工作任务。

职位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历；
2. 主修包装类、高分子材料或相关专业；
3. 三年以上包装类产品的研发、技术或生产工艺控制经验，熟悉包装设计及包装材料的相关知识；
4. 熟练的英语书面表达能力；
5. 积极、主动、进取并有强烈的责任心；
6. 创造性思维的能力, 独立分析和解决问题；
7. 熟练操作办公软件。
