职责：

1. 参与制定售后服务体系建设，完善客服制度与作业程序，以确保公司客服服务质量；
2. 优化售后服务处理流程和相关系统，如产品反馈服务系统（PRS）、咨询投诉跟踪系统；
3. 处理客户订单、管理客服部、很好的处理客户投诉；
4. 带领团队解决客户投诉和咨询业务，不断优化工作流程，提升客户满意度；
5. 定期汇总并整理客户需求和问题并制作客户服务报告，协助其他部门和管理层处理相关问题；
6. 建立相关PRS员工岗位培训和绩效管理体系，辅导和培养优秀主管，为组织输送优秀人才；
7. 与公司代理商、公司客户及公司内部部门间的沟通；
8. 根据公司的服务理念及目标，细化服务项目及标准，并确保客服部门人员执行到位，树立公司良好的客服形象。

要求：

1. 大学本科或以上学历；
2. 5年以上售后服务体系建设实践经验，熟悉售后服务管理体系，管理经验丰富；
3. 具备售后服务培训体系建设经验；
4. 强烈的客户导向和服务意识，有决断力，行事果断，以结果为导向；
5. 有良好的沟通能力，英文听说读写熟练；
6. 具有认证公司ISO服务体系经验者优先。
