采购员

Responsibilities:

Responsible for requirement sourcing, purchase order placement and entry, order expediting
主要负责潜在采购电子元器件供应商开发，资料收集;采购谈判及采购订单的执行

Identify potential suppliers worldwide
开发全球各地区潜在电子组件的供应商，负责新供应商的开发，及询价、比价、议价

Relationship building with existing suppliers
供应商管理及关系拓展，电子组件市场的分析

Parts analysis and research, price negotiation, and logistics
采购订单的下达、物料交期的跟进与协调、来料不良品的处理等

Requirements:

University or college degree recommended
大专以上学历

2 years or above purchasing experience, ELECTRONIC industry preferred
有相关工作经验2年以上者，电子行业相关工作经验优先

General knowledge of purchasing techniques, procedures and policies is a plus
熟悉采购流程，熟练操作office办公软件

Good command of English, minimum English level CET-6
良好的英语运用能力，英语六级或以上外语水平

Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
积极主动、责任心强，有优秀的沟通协调及谈判能力，认真细致的工作作风，解决问题能力强, 具备团队精神

Able to work under pressure and multitask
能承受较大工作压力。 良好的职业操守，诚实敬业。

Buyer will be entitled to a monthly performance based bonus and year end bonus program.
按照业绩采购每月会有提成，年底有奖金。
