职位描述
Key responsibilities:
1.Develop self, and maintain knowledge in relevant field at all times.
2.Conduct dealer technical staff assessment according to Volvo Global Competence Standard;
3.Design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or manage this activity via external provider(s);
4.Prepare hardware and material for training activities.
5.Perform technical competence gap analysis and execute gap training at national level;
6.Monitor and operate Competence Management System administration to deliver high consistency of dealer's technical competence fulfilment in the system;
7.Team play in global competence rewarding program;
8.Provide any technical training support to new car launch/model year change;
9.Cooperate with Training Project Team to deliver training support to Dealer Trainers, Volvo training management system (VCCP) administrators and joint venture colleges.
Experience Required:
1. More than 3-year exposure of automotive-related technical field;
2. Professional appearance and personality with good presentation skills;
3. Team player and be able to work independently with moderate travel frequency;
4. Proficient with Microsoft office & other common computer applications;
5. Good knowledge level of Volvo on commercial/technical systems is a strong plus.
6. Works in a responsible way on given tasks.
7. Bachelor degree/Diploma in automotive engineering related major
8. CET-6 or equivalent oral and written English level
