Responsibilities:
Marketing Budget Management:
1. Assist Marketing Director in the annual and quarterly budget plan;
2. Generate monthly marketing expense report after cross checking with Finance;
3. Responsible for cost booking and category management for marketing expense;
4. Invoice collection and payment request for marketing expense.
Coordination and supporting
1. Provide general support to all the marketing functions, including VM, PR, Project and Training;
2. Coordinate closely with other departments in the company and outside vendors.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in business management, marketing or finance, has strong knowledge about finance;
2. More than 1 year working experience in marketing is a plus;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Strong Microsoft office skills (PPT, Excel);
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication;
6. Priority setting, well-organized, attentive to details, Team spirit.
