岗位描述：

1.Look for potential suppliers and identify competitive suppliers

寻找并发掘有竞争力的供应商

2.Own and manage sourcing projects, including quote negotiation, prototype sampling, supplier audit, certification, manufacturing & delivery etc.

承担并管理采购项目，包括询价，打样，供应商审核及生产和送货

3.Through market research and competitive bidding from suppliers, ensure that the company gets the best possible prices in the market

通过执行高质量的市场研究及供应商比价，确保公司所采购的产品的价格在市场上具有竞争力

4.Complete supplier visiting, auditing and evaluation and supplier selection process, managing suppliers’ certificate and documentation

负责拜访，审核，评估供应商并完成供应商的选择流程，供应商各种证件资料的管理

5.Manage supplier relationships to drive supplier performance, build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors

管理供应商关系并推进供应商的业绩表现, 与关键供应商建立互利的合作关系

6.Communicating with venues and colleagues to ensure quick response to requests and feedback.

积极与门店及其他部门沟通，确保门店及其他部门的需求和反馈得到及时的回应和处理

7.Source competitive suppliers for new products, maintain and update a library of catalogues, samples and price lists.

负责为新产品寻找有竞争力的供应商，维护并更新货品目录，样品及价格清单

8.Negotiate price and contracts with suppliers and follow up contracting processes.

代表公司与供应商进行价格和合同谈判并跟进合同流程

9.Provide key purchasing support to new venue opening and expansion

对新店开业和扩张提供关键的采购支持

10.Monthly Purchasing Report data entry and checking

每月采购月报告的数据录入和核对

11.Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

完成经理交代的其他任何

岗位要求：

1。最低4到5年的餐饮连锁企业采购和供应商管理经验

2。熟悉采购流程、供应商筛选、审核和选择

3。良好的沟通技巧

4。良好的团队合作精神

5。专科以上学历

6。英语听、说、读、写良好。
