Our Client is a top real estate project management consultancy firm, with offices worldwide. They are currently recruiting a Safety Manager in their Project Management Department in Shanghai/Beijing. The job duties covers but not limited to as follows ;

· Develop, implement, maintain and improve the safety and health management system.

· Develop management and employee health & safety responsibilities and performance measures.
Ensure the compliance with local, national and the Group requirements.

· Identifies safety/health hazards in the organizations, and establishes guidelines for protection from those hazards.

· Develop and implement the Protective Equipment selection& control, chemical management and other safety/health related.

· Site inspections and program evaluations, tracking the actions plan.

· Develop and implement safety /health training, improving employee and management skills on health & safety.

· Lead or participate in various types of safety and health compliance audits.

· Keep good communication with interested parties.

· Implement and improve the group Safety & Work management in the site.

A qualified candidates needs to hold a bachelor in construction, or other real estate related disciplines He/She needs to speak good English and Mandarin. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Safety officer.
