Responsibilities:

Provides high-level support services of corporation. Able to independently handle issues that may arise when the director is out of the office. Communicates widely across the organisation and co-ordinates broader operational initiatives on behalf of the Director.
Provides secretarial support to the Director. Deals with emergency issues independently or takes initiative measures while the Director is out. Communicates with other departments, and/or reports the information submitted by each department accurately to top management. Under the direction of top executives, co-operates with each department’s operation.
Basic Requirements:

Degree or equivalent with some years of relevant experience.
Excellent knowledge of English
Ability in dealing with high level business activity
Skills in business software
Tasks

Assistant of the MD for all Chinese reports. All kinds of meetings go through the assistant. Translation, written and oral, is an important part of the job.
Daily secretary work
