Responsibilities:

- Process client’s queries and escalations
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Organise knowledge sharing sessions internal and cross teams
- Successful process related problem solving

Annual Training Calendar & Event Set Up
- Set up and maintaining of Annual Training Calendar and training program catalogues
Nominations
- Maintain nominations lists in cooperation with L&D Managers
Registrations
- Maintain registration, waiting, cancellation lists
- Monitoring of courses fulfillment
Joining instructions & preworks
- Initiate, coordinate and inform delegates on pre-course preparation
Feedback set up and evaluation
Invoicing
- Initiate and monitor processing of external invoices
- process internal charging

HR master data management
- Maintain employee master data
- Maintain HR system catalogues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above
- Fluent Korean, good English in speaking and writing
- Good at Communication and understanding skill
- Professional HR qualification as required in local country, full function HR knowledge
- Good at MS Office, process specific systems/tools, e.g. SAP, Taleo, TalentLink, Oracle, My Learning
- Be able to work well in a team environment, fast learner & team player
