Responsibilities:

－Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, within agreed SLA’s and ensures these are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed with Team Leader.
－Manages the requisition and PO processes for Simple red requests - “request for price”
－Manages requisition and PO exception transactions (user/authorization issues, invoice, receipt, PO mismatches, PO change etc)
－Handle 2nd line procurement escalation from the procurement helpdesk
－Resolves queries and handles sensitive individual cases.
－Propose innovation, continually considers improvement opportunities, strives to simplify and standardize processes (subject to approval of the Team Leader).

Qualifications:

－Good in English communication both in written and spoken;
－Be familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word...)
－Excellent communication and analytic skills
－College diploma or above, major in supply chain management preferable
－Good understand and knowledge in EXCEL and other MS OFFICE software
－Domain knowledge in procurement, spot buy knowledge is an advantage
－ERP system knowledge such as SAP or Oracle preferable
－3 ~ 5 years or above procurement experience, preferably in MNC
