职位描述
1. Assist in the implementation of marketing programs through magazine advertising, direct mail, Exhibitions, seminar, catalog, etc.
2. Organize and manage marketing material, such as brochure, single page, quick screen, poster, etc. deliver the marketing and product materials to sales.
3. Communicate effectively with staff and external support vendor to reach the goal.
4. For the seminar and exhibitions, follow the marketing activity procedure and perform the expense application, payment, reimbursement, arrange the marketing material delivery and booth decorating.
5. Demo arrangement: according to the marketing activity communicate with related persons to apply demo and help to provide the required information.
6. Collect and record marketing expense and classify them by subjects and regional.
7. Assist to work out the plan and help to reach the final goal for marketing programs.
1. 协助完成市场部门工作,如定期杂志广告编辑,展会和学术会前后期准备及收尾总结
2. 组织和管理市场资料的制作与分发,包括彩页,单页,易拉宝,展板等
3. 有效地与各供应商沟通,协助完成市场部门任务
4. 熟知市场活动流程,并按照不同类型申请预支及报销款项
5. 样机管理:定期更新样机状态,协调各展会样机的申请并与物流和当地销售做好发货/取货等配合协调工作,顺利完成各地会议正常召开
6. 对市场费用分类,分区做好备案工作
7. 协助完成各项计划并完成市场目标
