Our client, a World leading Oil/Gas company from the Europe is looking for a Senior HR Manager for their world biggest manufactory in Zhuhai, China to cope with their global fast growth.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the GM of the manufactory and leading a team of 3 HR Manager, you are responsible for providing professional and effective HR full function support to this plant include Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Development, Employee Retention, Employee Communication and Relation. As a business partner, you will work closely with Global Headquarter to provide professional and strategic HR advice to local business.
Requirement
You should be a Degree holder in Human Resources / Business with at least 8-10 years solid HR Generalist experience in Chemical related Manufactory or Energy related Manufactory. You must be a good team leader with effective communication skills and able to handle multi-tasks under pressure. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua is essential.
