Responsibilities:
? Training needs collection and deployment for BU and R&D North Asia
? Partner with managers to identify most suitable and cost-effective training courses/providers
? Training programs deployment across Asia
? Work with other T&D teams world-wide on corporate initiatives
? Support internal training deployment whenever required
? Measure and report key training data every month
Requirements:
? Minimum 3 years seniority in Gemalto with a proven track record
? Innovative, responsive and action-oriented
? Excellent command of English
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Friendly personality
? Good team player
? Open and curious to learn
? Open to travel
