Our client is a global brand real estate consultation firm, and they are currently inviting a senior project management professionals to join them team in Shanghai. This person will lead a large dynamic team, and responsible for the P&L , team management.



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Accept responsibility for the effective management of the project management team's performance.
· Accept P&L financial responsibility and delivery of the agreed financial plan. Manage the Financial Forecasting process and strive to keep monthly forecasts
· Take Responsibility for the Operational performance of the project team.
· Responsibility for Business development goals
· Coordinate thought and leadership to encourage maximum contributions of all participants in the projects and focuses these to produce a maximum value result.
· You will report directly to the China Head of Project

Requirement

· A degree in a relevant property related discipline or related field and five (5) years experience or a combination of formal education and experience in excess of ten (10) years, five of which must me related to all aspects of design/Construction/Project Management.
· A strong understanding of all aspects of Development Management including, financial appraisal, risk management, negotiation, etc.
· Extensive knowledge of domestic market and clients; capabilities to conduct business meetings/presentations and prepare service proposals in Chinese
