Marketing Specialist Service Dept.

The Marcom Specialist, Service Segment is responsible for executing a wide range of marketing communications projects under the direction and with the support of the service Commercial manager

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the marketing plan for the China service region.
• Working with the Service Commercial manager to ensure there are plans in place to achieve regional business goals for this segment.
• Executing activities to ensure that sales targets are met for China Service Business:
• Organization of the translation of English sales literature into Chinese.
• Organization of printing content.
• Management of E-marketing campaigns
• Executing direct mail programs.
• Executing seminar programs
• Compiling the information required for newsletter creation.
• Overseeing the translation of marcom material using agencies.
• Management of direct mail agencies as appropriate.
• Control of the schedule and budget for all of the above programs
• Monthly reporting of outcomes of marketing activity

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years Experience of implementing marcom projects - direct mail, advertising, trade shows, newsletter creation, brochure production.

Reasonable English speaking.

Experience of executing outbound email campaigns

Computer literate (Excel, Word, E-mail)

Excellent creative skills

The ability to work to tight deadlines.

The ability to multi-task

Excellent interpersonal skills.
