KEY RESULT AREAS

• Works closely with local teams, distributor vendor and international supply chain to ensure that stock replenishment are timely and optimum to support local sales targets
• Perform SAP forecast update, review the SAP planning parameters on a bi-monthly basis, execute replenishment based on system's suggestion and value added input.
• Understand in-market sales trend which impact ongoing and future forecast, monitor forecast accuracy and work internally to ensure supply for future orders
• Ensure optimal inventory level by reviewing back orders, stock holding, excess, SLOB stocks to ensure minimum write off
• Monitor incoming shipments to ensure on smooth custom clearance, timely delivery, keep local team and distributor vendor updated on incoming shipments and stock availability
• Work closely with distributor vendor (or 3PL) to ensure processes are put in place to manage our incoming/outgoing inventories and support financial, stock and quality audit processes
• Support Logistics Director and QA managers to implement QA control measures in Supply Chain Activities to ensure full compliance of internal and external requirements
• To handle customer orders and to ensure accurate and timely delivery as per customer's requirements. To be the liaison for customer with regards to product availability and delivery
• To administer shipment service complaints in accordance to MHC standard procedures
• To prepare periodical reports/statistics for management review
• To administer sample requests by customers/sales personnel
• To undertake ad-hoc assignment from the management

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education:Tertiary education

Experience:Minimum 2 years of working experience in a supply chain role in an international organization

Some experience in SAP R/3 SD (Sales and Distribution) module would be preferred
