General Purpose & Objectives:

To explore the potential market & approach to customers with effective sales skills.

To accomplish sales financial budgets

Major Tasks & Activities主要工作责任:

1. Researching new ideas to identify customer niches and opportunities to which existing products could be tailored and new products developed
2. Promoting & presenting the benefits and added value for existing & new product developed to customers
3. Forecasting & planning annual sales volume & profit for existing and new products
4. Establishing pricing strategies among different channels & recommending selling prices based on cost & demand etc
5. Accomplishing sales objectives by evaluating, planning, developing, implementing merchandising programs with improvement action plans
6. Assisting in achieving operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans & reviews

Quality Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree in Food Engineer/Technology or Chemical Technology
2. At least 8 years sales/business development experience
3. Solid & trackable business development knowledge in food industry
4. Preferably familiar with baking industry
5. Good commercial sense in identifying key market opportunities
6. Good communication skills
7. Good sales & negotiation skills
8. Good command of English in oral and written
9. Good administrative ability & coordinative ability
