Responsibilities:

？ Client Installation and peripherals maintenance;

？ Collaboration tool setup

？ Hardware and software troubleshooting;

？ Helpdesk support to users.

Requirements:

？ Diploma or degree holder in computer-related disciplines;

？ 1-2 years client and helpdesk support experience;

？ Proficiency in PC setup, Microsoft products, email system and mobile support (Blackberry, iOS, Android);

？ Basic networking knowledge;

？ Good customer service attitude and team player;

？ Highly responsible and willing to learn;

？ Work independently to meet tight deadlines;

？ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
