职位描述
Job Description:
-Supervise maintenance activities within territory, make sure maintenance process in alignment with the national maintenance policy and strategy.
-Provide guidance, coach and training within territory, guarantee physical assets in safety, reliable condition with a cost effective, energy effective manner.
-Apply preventive and predictive maintenance, develop reliability engineering within territory. Deliver maintenance and reliability principles to regional and store maintenance teams.
-Continuously improve maintenance efficiency, equipment reliability. Ensure maintenance jobs in line with national standard and best practice.
-Review maintenance KPI and conduct maintenance audit within territory, support region and store maintenance teams to find opportunities and take actions to improve.
-Follow up equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, implement actions to prevent.
-Establish and promote the culture of maintenance and reliability within territory.
-Empower the influence of maintenance function. Inspire regional and store maintenance teams.
-Management of communication among maintenance team, territory director, regional director and store manager.
-Continuously improve energy saving, monitor energy consumption, assist to make energy budget.
-Support regions and stores within territory to make yearly physical asset investment plan, verify each investment.
-Keep relationship with maintenance contractors, involve in contractor selection, management, audit.
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor degree or above in mechanism, electricity, HAVC, refrigeration etc.
-Over 10 years of maintenance experience, at least 5 years in managerial level. Experience in multinational company is preferred.
-Competent knowledge of maintenance methodology, maintenance process, asset management.
-Effective leadership, communication with impact and coaching skill.
-Fluent in verbal and written English.
-Be able to travel frequently.
