职位描述
- Primary Job Responsibilities:
o Educational consultants are to provide clients with a full curriculum of school consultations and guide the student down his/her individual education pathway from application to admission.

- Principal duties will consist of but not be limited to:
o Client reception and customer service
o Administering The Diagnostic
o Interpreting Diagnostic results
o Service package selection and signing
o School tranche selection
o 1 on 1 consultation and training with clients (in Chinese and English)
o School research and development of client portfolio
o Editing client’s personal statement
o Helping client compile necessary application materials
o Administering training workshops
o Contacting schools
o Assisting client in filling out school applications
o Post-departure plan management and development
o Submitting school applications
o Visa interview preparation

- Qualifications
o University degree and above (American/Canadian university preferred)
o Excellent English language speaking, reading, and writing skills (native English speaker a plus)
o Excellent Chinese language speaking, reading, and writing skills (ability to function in a Chinese language office environment and communicate with Chinese clients)
o Strong communication skills, both oral and written, the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural office environment, and the ability to work to deadline both on one’s own initiative and in teams
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o A strong interest in education and facilitating communication between China and the West, as well as a desire to help students achieve their educational and professional goals
o A working understanding of the American higher-education system and the application process
o The ability to remain flexible and adapt to unexpected situations as they arise
