职位描述
Senior Account manager is responsible for building & maintaining business relationship with assigned retail accounts and selling products/solutions and professional services to assigned retail accounts and ensuring retail division business & margin growth persistently and increasing accounts satisfaction.
Key Responsibility
Managing sales funnel list and qualifying new potential business or projects opportunities.
Achieve individual business volume target and tasks assigned by direct supervisor and company.
Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
Delivering right and core value package (products & solutions and professional services) to customers and matching customers' business objectives.
Developing accounts planning, conducting opportunity risk assessments and forecasting.
Responsible for SSI South China business ( Hunan, Hubei, Guangxi, etc) besides Southwest business
Responsible for partner development, support and management in Southwest region
Generate business with key partners, including H/W, S/W and services;
Building regular two-ways communication with accounts and provide strong team representation and manage account expectation.
Qualification required
BS/BA degree in a business-related or IT fields.
Strong communication skills and presentation skills
Retail industry knowledge and experience preferable.
Ability to develop senior level business relationships.
Experience in selling IT products/solutions, POS hardware and software preferred.
Minimum 5yrs of sales and key account management experience preferred.
