Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining Electron Beam Lithography systems in good working conditions.
2. Carrying out periodic maintenance on systems in the field/ on site.
3. Carrying out reported repairs on systems in the field/ on site.
4. Assist during installations when required.
5. Customer support for tool operation.
6. Provide support on special projects on request.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, electronics automation, physics or similar.
2. 30-45 years old.
3. First working experience with semiconductor equipment, experience with Electron-Beam products and/or lithography area desirable.
4. Knowledge in Mechanics, Electronics and Software.
5. Basic knowledge of vacuum, high voltage power requirements, optics, lasers and interferometers, computers and networking.
6. Understanding on Semiconductor Market.
7. Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
8. Good command of office application software, such as Excel, Word, Power point, Acrobat, etc.
9. Good documentation skills, independent and proactive working method.
10. Good team work spirit, be able to work under pressure at fast pace.
11. Outgoing, proactive, liable, begin with the end in mind, good time management ability.
12. Willingness to travel.
13. Driving license.
