职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Work with HRS team to understand the business requirement on HR Service
?Independently handle recruiting activities for related business lines; Deeply understand position background and JD to search and screen out suitable candidates
?Arrange all process of interview, and work with hiring manager to provide interview and employment advices
?Make the offer proposal and offer letter after identifying the final candidates
?Prepare on boarding documents and ensure new employee on boarding process be conducted smoothly
?Work closely with recruitment service venders and ensure recruitment channel effectiveness & efficiency
?prepare and submit kinds of recruiting analysis report regularly
?Deliver New hire Orientation to new comer
?Provides exceptional customer service for all HR inquiries and transactions with a focus on timely and accurate resolution through collection, ticketing, tracking and follow-up according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
?Serve as a link between HRM, other HRS team and employee by handling inquires, interpreting and helping resolving work-related problems.
?Provide consultation to staff on HR policies and regulations, and HR procedures, etc
?Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
?Work with dept heads, utilize effective and efficient ways/tools to conduct training needs survey
?Follow up and evaluate each training course. Make training report periodically to feedback to management.
?Work closely /keep good relationship with external training vendors and introduce effective training courses as needed
?Complete other assignments from the managers.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. ?With a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, at least 3+ years HR experience,relevant industry background is preferred.
?Knowledge of Labor laws and related regulations.
?Recruitment experiences in manufacturing is a plus,
?Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of Organization
?Proficiency with MS software and database management systems.
?Native Chinese Speaker and proficient English in both writing and speaking
?Experience using HR Information Systems is plus (SAP preferred)
?Experience & understanding of total training operation is highly appreciated.
