Now they are looking for a Graphic Design Manager to join their design team based in Hangzhou. They are now entering a period of accelerated growth. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the graphic design team, including assign projects, coach and evaluate designers in the execution of prescribed designs within brand standards.
- Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Project Managers and their clients, provide creative conception, develop creative ideas and graphical treatments, blend photography, imagery, charts, text, and multimedia elements to create high–impact sales collateral, websites, presentations, proposals, graphics and other sales tools.
- Coordination and development of all graphical elements for client proposals, presentations, and advertising graphics in web and print formats for competitive selling marketplaces internationally and domestically in China.
- Successfully provide direction to and support the staff designers in concept creation and production of client proposals, presentations, multimedia pieces, marketing collateral, discussion documents and internal projects.
- Ensure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports our internal and our clients’ brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging.
- Manage the flow of work and appropriate graphics resources to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Own the overall project, not just the design, effectively support projects and teams, and demonstrate creativity, effective oral and written communication, listening and decision making skills.
- Provide creative team liaison to management on recommendations regarding creative resources, outsourcing, workflow, traffic, processes, methodologies and other opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and profitability.

职责：
- 管理平面设计团队，包括分配工作，指导和评价设计师在执行时是否符合公司品牌要求。
- 与市场销售经理和客户紧密联系，有创意，有平面处理能力，结合图片，照片，表格，文字以及各种素材为销售渠道如网站，产品展示创造出有影响力的作品。
- 能领导和协调设计团队，根据全球热销市场的客户要求改进设计稿件，产品展示描述，网页图片和文字。
- 有效配合市场销售项目经理和设计总监的工作，为推广的产品和服务提供有竞争力的视觉概念。
- 在保证创意的同时能使我们的作品符合部门内部要求，顾客的品牌形象，一致性，符合相关规定和广告词。
- 管理工作量，合理利用图片资源以确保项目及时完成。
- 负责这个项目，不仅仅局限于设计，有效支持项目和团队，有创意，有效地口头和笔头沟通能力，愿意倾听，具有决策能力。
- 为提高团队的执行力，作品质量和产量，在创意资源，外包，工作量，交通，项目进程，方法和其他方面同管理层提出相关建议。

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in graphic design
- Bachelor degree or above in design related major
- Excellent knowledge of AI, PS, ID related graphic design software.
- A creative and resourceful approach, good problem solving skills and a bright and energetic attitude
- Willingness to work hard and smart.
- Good communication skills in English

- 精通AI,PS, ID等平面设计软件

- 优秀的沟通能力并能运用英文作为工作语言
