JOB DESCRIPTION-SALES COORDINATOR, HERTZ CHINA
A. Job title/Job code/Reporting to:
Sales Coordinator reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
B. Job purpose (mission or "raison d'être")
The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:
Follow-up the potential customers and projects.
The effective management of existing client resources to ensure the follow-up orders.
Assist the sales and processes team to ensure the sales finished.
Assist the Sales manager to make the meeting notes and follow-up the customers.
Ensure the professional answering the customer calls, and can catch the potential business opportunities.
Can using the RentalMan System to do the contract and input equipment information into it.
C. Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities) (What is done and for what purpose)
Maintain relationships with key account decision makers and executive staff
Continued education and familiarization of CAR products, services, policies and procedures.
D. Job Contacts (main interfaces inside and outside the company)

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or the related field is strongly preferred.
Knowledge:
Company processes, including credit, sales, and operations.
Computer software tools.
The China approach to Sales & Marketing as well as International understanding
Skills:
Successfully apply sales and customer service techniques and processes
Effectively use oral and written communication skills
Competencies:
Motivated by achieving positive sales results
Customer-focused
Results driven
Ethical, bright&organized, have the passion for success
