职位描述
Key Account Manager
Report to:
Sales Director
Responsible for:
long-term rental contracts ;VIP clients
Responsibilities:
1. Develop potential big clients into long-term assigned Key Account and keep profitable and sustainable sales growth
2.Manage car rental contract of new and existing VIP clients, deal with their needs in strategy and details
3.Work directly with big clients in Shanghai and overseas, provide regular reports and respond to queries
4.Assume final responsibility for key project and administrative functions including communications, quoting, budgeting, scheduling and reporting. Provides the highest level of client service to designated clients.
5.Work closely with clients to develop a clear understanding of complex, long-term issues, proposing tailored solutions to meet requirements in a timely, cost-effective manner.
6.Wort with operation department to handle the clients' needs of vehicles and chauffeurs.
Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Sales experiences of car-rental or related industries
3.Excellent english speaker & experiences of working on international contracts is required
