A. Position: Sales Executive,reporting directly to the Sales Director

(Successful candidates should have more thatn 3 years sales experience. Car rental industry experience holder are welcome )

B. Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities) (What is done and for what purpose)

Ensures a positive customer experience by effective management of rental and return process to include qualifying the renter and completing contracts.

Maximizes margin by up selling customers to higher-priced services and ancillary products.

Protects company assets through enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Communicate to Location Managers all relevant customer feedback to facilitate on-going improvements in our service and prices to drive continuous improvement within our operations.

Contributes to Hertz Improvement Process (HIP) to discover new and more efficient ways to run our business and deliver the right products and services to our customers faster and at a lower cost. Drives change from within to improve customer satisfaction and uses teamwork to tackle problems.

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s Degree in the related field is strongly preferred.

Knowledge:

Company processes, including credit, sales, and operations.

Computer software tools.

The China approach to Sales & Marketing as well as International understanding

Successfully apply sales and customer service techniques and processes

Effectively use oral and written communication skills
