职位描述
A. Job title / Job code / Reporting to :
Business Analyst/Senior Assisstant/Manager Role,China, reporting directly to the Finance Controller and Senior Manager,China.
B. Job purpose (mission or "raison d'être")
Focuses on understanding the needs of the business as a whole, its strategic direction, and identifying initiatives that will allow a business to meet those strategic goals. Involves planning the requirements development process, determining which requirements are the highest priority for implementation, and managing change.
c. Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities) (What is done and for what purpose)
§ Supporting senior project leaders, business intelligence manager at the headquarters and all functional departments and business development managers on strategic projects and industry analysis
§ Information research and management collecting systematically and quickly strategic business information through various sources.
§ Responsible for timely and accurate submission of monthly MANAGEMENT financials from business unit level to China consolidation
§ Conduct industry analysis, collect and structure specific information related to businesses
§ Prepare business forecasts and budget in line with management's strategic plans Financial involvement in projects initiatives - review of current businesses, expansion
§ Liaise with all intercompany parties to ensure the balance is reconciled
§ Develop effective reports, process improvements and consistent solutions for China based on available systems and limited resources

E. Knowledge, skills and experience required
(Detail here the knowledge, skills and experience required for satisfactory performance of the job)
Educational Background:
University graduate (economics, engineering...), MBA or other relevant postgraduate studies is a plus point.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting business information. Professional Finance/Accounting degree qualified; CPA or other equivalent qualifications as well as having international company working experience is preferred
Knowledge:
§ Familiar with both PRC GAAP and IFRS accounting rules
§ Ability to propose improvements and rectifications with consideration on commercial practicality
§ Demonstrated strong analytical ability with discerning eye to risks of any nature to the business
§ Initiative/Reliability/Good teamwork spirit/Stress tolerance
Skills:
§ Excellent computer skills including MS office, in particular Excel; solid knowledge of ERP system, QAD experience is preferred
§ Good written and verbal communication skill in both Mandarin and English
