A). One Day Before Pick up Date:/租车日前一天:
1). Look in system daily for next day's Apple rentals.
查看所有Apple客户第二天的预订。
2). Call driver to quiz them on scheduled pick up time, location and flight number. Remind driver the time which driver must arrived at pick up point is 30 minutes before scheduled pick up.
测试司机是否知悉具体接待时间,地点,航班号。提醒司机必须在接待时间30分钟前到达指定地点。
3). Remind driver to bring and fill in driver worksheet, send sms 15 minutes before scheduled pick up timing to customer and service coordinator. And also, send sms to service coordinator upon rental completion. In addition to the former, service coordinator must remind vendor's drivers to wear uniform and to have umbrella ,bottled water and signboard with customer’s name in the vehicle.
服务开始前,提醒所有司机(包括其他供应商司机)着统一服装,车内备有雨伞,瓶装水和有客户名字的接机牌;提醒司机填写并带好工作单,接待时间15分钟前发送短信给客人和服务质量协调员。服务完成后,及时发送短信给服务质量协调员报备。
4). Remind driver if it is a VIP and driver should contact concierge if nessary
提醒司机客户重要程度并及时联系礼宾。
5). If it is Chengdu or Shenzhen and customer is going to Foxconn, service coordinator has to remind driver regarding the factory gate to wait for customer. Quiz them on the directions to the factory gate.
成都或深圳需要进入Foxconn的业务,服务质量协调员需要提醒司机注意在正确工厂大门等待,并测试司机是否熟悉相关工厂大门。
6). Remind driver to call our Language Support hotline (send number to them) if they need translation assistance.
提醒司机若有翻译帮助请及时拨打语言服务热线,并及时告知号码。
B). On the rental day/接待日当天:
1). 2 hours before service start, call driver to remind him of rental and to check arrival flight on flight information screens in airport.
接待时间2小时前,致电司机提醒该业务并核对航班号与机场屏幕中的航班信息是否一致。
2). Remind driver hold a signboard with customer’s name to pick up customer.
提醒司机举有客户名字的接机牌接待客户。
C).Others/其他:
1).Working hours for service coordinator: 9am -6pm Monday - Friday.
工作时间:0900-1800 周一——周五
2).Not be responsible for other job functions of dispatcher or others.
其他相关工作由调度及其他营运部门人员负责。
