职位描述
JD /入职要求:
1.Developing and accomplishing a region lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets.
2.Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
3.Cooperating with Market Manager and Sales Supervisor to determine essential strategic approaches for sales.
4.Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
5.Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
6.Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
7.Coordinating with customer service for status on orders from related plant departments in ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met.
8.Tracking orders and feedback the progress to the customer timely, improve customer satisfaction.
9.Understanding and tapping new customer needs, managing and maintaining customer relationships.
1、通过电话进行市场营销活动,发掘客户需求,并满足其所需(双语)。
2、执行市场营销计划,实施相关服务产品营销推广活动。
3、熟悉销售流程,与相关部门同事沟通合作,确保订单顺利执行。
4、跟踪客户订单,及时向客户反馈订单进展情况,提高客户满意度。
5、定期对客户回访,了解并挖掘客户新需求,管理维护客户关系。
6、管理Inside Sales 团队,参与制定工作计划,直接向Sales Director 汇报工作情况。
岗位要求:
1、27岁以上,本科以上学历,英语表达能力优秀。
2、乐观进取,勤奋务实,愿意尝试挑战性工作。
3、协调沟通能力、学习能力、适应能力优秀。
4、良好的团队合作意识、客户服务意识强、具有一定的管理经验。
5、工作积极主动,能接受挑战,能够在高压、高效的环境下工作并完成任务。
6、从事过电话销售管理、管理培训行业者优先。
7、接受过电话销售技巧培训者优先。
