职位描述
? Legal Consultant, China, reporting directly to the Finance Controller, China.
B. Job purpose (mission or "raison d'être")
The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:
? Take charge of the entire management, execution and exploration of legal consulting service and standardise legal services;
? Draft and review internal documents of enterprise clients, including various contracts and agreements;
? Participate in and organize business negotiation of enterprise projects. Draft and modify project-related legal documents;
? Provide support on internal audit projects and provide legal due diligence service;
? Maintain and develop existing legal resources and provide internal legal services.
C. Key-result areas (Major Accountabilities) (What is done and for what purpose)
? Assisting colleagues and senior staff with case management;
? Undertaking client/third party communications;
? Drafting advice, instructions to third parties, and procedural/regulatory documentation;
? Assisting with implementation of discrete business development activities;
? Independent research/analysis and problem solving;

Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree and above, majored in Laws.
Professional Experience:
Have experience in business negotiation;
5 years work experience; experience in law firm, large and middle scale enterprises as legal service consultant or in the field of consultancy is preferred;
Knowledge:
? Proficiency in the laws & regulations concerning foreign investment, Company Law, Contract Law, Labour Law and Intellectual Property Law as well as related application.
? Computer software tools.
Skills:
? Excellent communication, clear and fluent Chinese and English;
? Ability to draft professional and normative legal documents, such as Legal Opinion Letter.
