职位描述
1.Develop, agree and implement effective new product development systems and processes ensuring that these are aligned and integrated with those of the UK Development Centre
2.Identify, agree, schedule and deliver the new product development activities and programs for the Suzhou development engineering function including:
?Localisation of non-locally sourced components
?Local project management of development activities with local suppliers/development partners that form part of PSE Global Amber development programs currently in progress with the UK Development Centre
?Development of new and derivative products for the local China market
3.Recruitment of the planned resources for the Suzhou development engineering function and the provision of the capabilities and facilities required to operate effectively
