职位描述
1.Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems;
2.Bachelor degree, chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent were appreciated ;
3.Fluency in both writing and speaking English;
4.5 years logistics management experience in foreign enterprise company;
5.Experience on MRPII system, EH&S, quality control and communication skills;
6.Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
职位职责： 1.Leading CSR team, Operation planning team, warehouse team, to meet Customer requirements;
2.Follow TS16949, ISO14000) procedure and requirements, PPG EHS; requirements to manager daily operation in under supplier chain department.
3.Set challenge goal every year in order to achieve total customer satisfaction. Use PDCA cycle and Lean concept as two key tools to make sure the goal will be achieved and have corrective action in place to overcome any non-compliance right after it happen; detailed as customer complaint followed up; customer OTIF, warehouse management; inventory turn, inventory accuracy; freight control; RA% control; Forecast monitoring; production planning control; capacity analysis;
4.Develop/maintain the strategy for internal and external warehouse to meeting PPG standard.
