- For our Healthcare Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a 生产工程师 (Production Engineer).

What are my responsibilities?

1. 对生产线上出现的批量性质量问题进行分析和研究, 作出初步判断结果, 并提供纠正和预防措施。

Analyze and investigate the batch quality issue encountered and make the initial judgment for solution. Provide solution for corrective and preventive actions.

2. 根据工程更改要求，进行必要的试验生产，并及时反馈出现的问题。

According to ECO, conduct necessary trial runs and feedback the results in time.

3. 执行新产品转移试生产过程，并对新产品试生产过程进行评估, 以保证量产的顺利。

Implement the Pilot-Run of new product and evaluate the process of production to ensure that product quality and output is smooth in mass production.

4. 根据集团公司提供的相关文件，起草工作指示文件。发布临时工作指示，指导生产线正确操作。

Draft out Work Instructions according to relevant documents provided by Headquarters.

5. 对生产线进行定期或不定期的审查，设法发现线上存在的潜在问题，提出预防措施，督促生产线改进。

Periodically or aperiodically audit the process to find the potential problem in production line and issue the preventive action requirement to push and help line improvement.

6. 协助过程品管和进料品管对新的元器件、零件及间接材料的初始样品的进行评估和批准。

Assist the PQA and IQA on all new components/parts evaluation, first-article sample approval.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 机械、电子或相关专业大学本科或以上学历。

Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

2. 至少2年以上合资或独资企业工作经验。

Minimum two years working experience with a joint venture or wholly foreign owned company.

3. 英文读、写熟练。熟悉Office办公软件的应用。

Fluent in English Reading and Writing. Familiar with Office software applications.
