Project Secretary/Administrator
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide assistance to center management in project execution, staffing/utilization issues, documentation, scope changes and any other issues
2. Assist manager and other employees to arrange schedules, traveling and other administration
3. Executive administrative supporting daily office operation
4. Maintain all files and records on a daily basis
5. Supervise and manage office assets purchasing request, receiving, inventory control and allocation
6. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by center management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in English or related majors
2. At least 2 years experience in program/project management
3. Excellent communication skills with both Chinese and English
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Mature, responsible, independent to perform the duties
