岗位职责　AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1．Architecture design of new IT infrastructure (Network and System). Continuous improvement and optimization of existing global/regional IT infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
2．Leading project team or Site IT to roll-out IT infrastructure project in China under approved budget and schedule
3. Work with Corporate IT/Averis to define IT infra standard and guideline.
4．Continuous evaluate and introduce new product and technology to create business value.
5. Provide infra knowledge training to other project team member and Site IT

岗位要求　Education/Experience
1.At least 10 year experience in IT. More than 5 year hands-on experience of IT infrastructure (Either Network or System. Network includes including router, switch, firewall, IP PBX, network cabling and etc; System includes Microsoft Active Directory, WTS, Exchange, MOSS, SQL, ISA, WSUS and etc ) support and 2 year design/project delivery experience.
2.Good knowledge of configuration of Cisco switch, router and firewall, HP Server and Storage.
3.Familiar with network technology including VLAN, HSRP, ACL, IPSec VPN, Client VPN, MPLS, EIGRP/BGP, PBR (Policy Based Routing) and etc; Family with DHCP, DNS, cluster, virtualization, database, mail system, backup and etc.
4.Good project management skill and the ability lead a team with members at different site to deliver infra project.
5.Discipline, structured and self-motivated working style.
6.Working experience in MNC is required.
7.Excellent oral and written English
8.Willing to travel
9.Proven leadership skills to organize and collaborate effective with global team
10.Strong communication skills to present and influence effectively
11.Knowledge and experiences of manufacturing environment is preferred
