工作职责
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Design and Deliver network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Cabling or PABX to all sites in China, under approved budget and schedule
2．Work with Corporate IT/Averis to implement , maintain, control Corporate standard and guideline
3. Provide network knowledge training to Site IT
4．Capacity planning for LAN & WAN for all sites in China.

教育程度/经验
Education/Experience
1.At least 8 years of working experience in IT. More than 3 year hands-on experience to support LAN/WAN/Voice/Video system, including router, switch, firewall, IP PBX, network cabling and etc.
2.Strong knowledge of configuration of Cisco switch, router and firewall.
3.Be familiar with VLAN, HSRP, ACL, IPSec VPN, Client VPN, MPLS, EIGRP/BGP, PBR (Policy Based Routing) and other network technology.
4.Proven project management skill and the ability lead a team with member at different site to deliver network project.
5.Proven leadership skills to organize and collaborate effective with global team
6.Strong communication skills to present and influence effectively
7.Discipline, structured and self-motivated working style.
8.Knowledge and experiences of manufacturing environment is preferred
9.Working experience in MNC is preferred.
10.Good oral and written English
11.Willing to travel
