工作职责

- 完成每月销售与其他相关的店铺指标

- 通过监督客户服务、销售管理、专业货品销售和有效员工管理，来辅助店经理做好日常运营

- 促成销售增长并且通过有效的资源利用，提升各方面成果

- 给予团队提供全方面指导，维持员工精神面貌

- 在店铺提供直接的销售监管和服务监督

- 负责店铺销售和日常库存管理

工作要求

- 学历本科或以上

- 至少6年奢侈品零售经验，2年以上任管理岗位

- 具备独立且努力工作精神，优秀的客户服务技巧和工作热情

- 良好的商业分析与计划执行能力

- 注重团队合作，具备主动、自发的工作精神
