职位描述
Job Content 1. Assist the Managers to organize the work in the claims department. 2. To examine, evaluate and process, in an accurate and timely manner, agreed claim estimates and paid claim values, and policy administration, in accordance with policy terms and conditions thereby providing the level of service and meeting the obligations contracted for by the company in return for premiums paid by the client 3. Ensure that allocated claims and policy administration are handled professionally, promptly and equitably in accordance with guidelines 4. Advise and update Claims Manager, Business Manager, Operations Manager and underwriters on reportable claims/policy administration aspects and implement instructions received 5. Appoint appropriate external service providers (as required) to handle specific files, provide effective instructions to them and monitor their performance 6. Develop network and maintain professional self-development 7. Assist the Managers to support new business set up including meeting, document proof and process development 8. Assist the Managers in set up of training program to dealer for new project and refresh training for current project 9. Assist the Managers on maintaining system parameter such as part price list, labour time, etc. |
Education and/or Experience 1. Experience of working in automotive claims and customer service 2. Experience of successfully supporting automotive technical and operational strategy 3. Automotive Dealership after sales Technical experience including certification as a mechanical trade person 4. Experience of working as part of a team within a corporate environment |
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Broad working knowledge of claims and service requirements 2. Good working knowledge of IT 3. Understanding of class specific claims knowledge 4. Able to work independently 5. Strong Investigative skills 6. Negotiation skills 7. Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing 8. Effective presentation skills 9. Able to use MS office applications, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint 10. Able to produce detailed reports at various levels 11. Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop strong relationships and conflict resolution |
